The home sleeps 8 comfortably in 2 bedrooms(each 1king&2queen beds)1 futon and 1 couch.it has 2 large bathrooms w/tub or shower.
The huge living & dining area feature a walk around fireplace that opens to a well equipt kitchen w/huge wrap around custom concrete counter top,all have expansive windows,.Enjoy a gentle slope with a stones throw distance from the water!
The home has a color tv dvd vcr stereo w/cd bbq grill,microwave,
full size washer dryer.

Reservations
Full deposit is required and must be received within 5 days of making reservation.confirmation is emailed upon receipt. personal checks and cash are accepted.
checkin 3pm checkout 12noon
cancel less than 30 days are refunded 90%only if it can be rerented. limit to 8 adults. $25 for each additional adult.
Linens are included,Just bring your towels.

the covered 40' boat dock w/lift for a 25' boat is available
for your use( if it fits).only one additional boat may be tied up not to acceed 27'or 4500lb
there is also a cool hangout area w/tables and chairs
